Benefits of Soya bean juice

Soy beans are easy to obtain. cheap and healthy. Protein content of 34.1%, 33.5% carbohydrates, fat 17.7%, 10.0% water and the waste is 4.7%. Soy protein levels nearly twice the levels potein animal origin (beef protein only 18%). In addition to high protein and carbohydrate, soy beans also contain vitamin A, vitamin B1 and vitamin F.
