Taking advantage Pineapple juice

Pineapple is rich in minerals that the body needs such as potassium, chlorine, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and iodine. Vitamins present in pineapples are vitamins A, B, C and G. With the yeast bromelani substance (enzyme) in a pineapple, the pineapple juice is a good anti-inflammatory in the body if the juice drink without boiling.

Other uses of pineapple juice is almost simultaneously with the use of tomatoes.
